- As a home boarder, your dog lives in our home as part of the family, and therefore needs to be fully house trained, non-destructive, non-aggressive and be able to get along with any other dogs that are boarded.
- All dogs must be fully vaccinated (including Kennel Cough). Vaccinations must not expire before the end of the stay.
- All dogs must be treated for fleas and worms no more than two weeks prior to arrival at Emma’s Zoo.
- We do not accept entire male dogs.
- No booking is confirmed until the deposit is paid and the full terms and conditions are signed and returned.
- Drop offs and collections are between 8:00 and 9:00 and 16:00 and 17:00 unless agreed prior to your pets stay.
- All dogs staying with Emma’s Zoo must wear a collar with an identity tag showing the name and address of the owner. This is a legal requirement.
- Your dog will wear an Emma’s Zoo identity tag on its collar during its stay.
- All dogs must arrive and leave the premises on a lead.
- All new dogs must complete a familiarisation day of day care to ensure they are compatible with our staff and the other dogs. an
